Contribución de la secretaria ejecutiva para el desarrollo de la gestión organizacional en la distribuidora de gas Yanmus de la ciudad de Babahoyo

ABSTRACT The present case study was carried out at the YANMUS Micro-enterprise Gas Distributor that works in the city of Babahoyo, Los Ríos Province, which has as its main objective to determine the level of contribution and importance of the executive secretary for the development of management organization of a company in terms of her participation as who would represent all those management processes that must be carried out within it. For the development of this study, the use of qualitative research was taken into account, since in this way it was allowed to collect the necessary information that covers those points to answer through the interview applied to the assistant of the establishment, also with the help From the inductive-deductive method, it was possible to arrive at solutions that required certain situations detected due to its relevance of problems, which were covered by means of the logical reasoning that this method provides to carry out the respective analysis of the answers given to each of the questions. The results obtained showed that, in short, the contribution of the secretary and organizational management are sources that are a fundamental part in any type of business establishment, for this reason it was concluded that the existence of a secretary in a microenterprise does not It is of minimal relevance, because its administrative work will start the key processes for the order, control and planning of operations that seek the work success of the institution.
