Tóm tắt:Introduction: Chronic Renal Failure is currently considered a public health problem worldwide due to its prevalence and increasing incidence in the population, its relative importance in the country's disease burden, its chronic or permanent behavior, its potential lethal and because it represents an important health expenditure for the system, since it requires a high technical complexity in its management. Objective: To determine nursing interventions aimed at patients with chronic renal failure. Dial Ríos Hemodialysis Center, Vinces canton of the province of Los Ríos, May to September 2019. Methodology: Field study, descriptive, cross-sectional, with a quantitative approach. A sample of 116 patients with chronic renal failure was obtained. With a margin of error of 5% and a confidence level of 95%; And with the total of 5 graduates in nursing since it is a finite population. Results: From the total sample it was evidenced that it was represented by people over 60 (48.2%), male (72.4%), with basic education level (62.0%). It was identified as diseases associated with chronic renal failure with arterial hypertension / diabetes mellitus (64.7%), stage 4 CRI (67%). Conclusions: Nursing interventions are not complied with by the standardized protocols in the institution.
