Las empresas deben realizar un análisis de sus cuentas, debido a que esto es de vital importancia al momento de tomar desiciones para así poder determinar cuáles son sus fortalezas y debilidad, además conocer que desiciones son las adecuadas para mejorar en sus finanzas, porque de las finanzas depende la estabilidad de la empresa. Una empresa que no cuenta con estabilidad solo tiene como resultado el descenso de todo su capital, ocasionando que quede en cierre sin poder realizar un movimiento.
