Zusammenfassung: | The Rosario Organization is dedicated to the administration and management of peasant social insurance for the beneficiaries of said organization, which is located in the Province of Los Ríos, rural area belonging to the canton of Vinces. The main problem of this organization is that there are technological imperfections, in the processes of collection and assistance of the computer system that it has, and to solve this problem it is proposed to restructure the requirements of said system. According to (Puntambekar, 2016) explains in his book "Software Engineering and Quality Control", that the vast majority of organizations have problems in the quality of softwares, due to the so-called "software crisis", which happens during Software development, people face many problems, such as development of software on time, development within budget or according to established requirements. And if these conditions are not met, the utility of the software deteriorates, decreasing the quality and usability of it. The present case study arises from the need to identify the technological problems that are presented in the collection and assistance modules of the Farmers Social Security System of the organization El Rosario, and analyze what are the functional requirements to propose the improvement of quality of the same. |
