The main problem of this organization is that there are technological imperfections, in the processes of collection and assistance of the computer system that it has, and to solve this problem it is proposed to restructure the requirements of said system. According to (Puntambekar, 2016) explains in his book "Software Engineering and Quality Control", that the vast majority of organizations have problems in the quality of softwares, due to the so-called "software crisis", which happens during Software development, people face many problems, such as development of software on time, development within budget or according to established requirements. And if these conditions are not met, the utility of the software deteriorates, decreasing the quality and usability of it. The present case study arises from the need to identify the technological problems that are presented in the collection and assistance modules of the Farmers Social Security System of the organization El Rosario, and analyze what are the functional requirements to propose the improvement of quality of the same. |

El problema principal de esta organización es que existen imperfecciones tecnológicas, en los procesos de cobro y asistencia del sistema informático que posee, y para dar solución a este problema se plantea reestructurar los requerimientos de dicho sistema. Según, (Puntambekar, 2016) explica en su libro “Ingeniería de software y control de calidad”, que la gran mayoría de las organizaciones tienen problemas en la calidad de los softwares, debido a la denominada “crisis de software”, que sucede durante el desarrollo del software, las personas se enfrentan a muchos problemas, como el desarrollo del software a tiempo, el desarrollo dentro del presupuesto o según los requisitos establecidos. Y si estas condiciones no se cumplen, la utilidad del software se deteriora, disminuyendo la calidad y la usabilidad del mismo. El presente estudio de caso nace de la necesidad de identificar los problemas tecnológicos que se presentan en los módulos de cobros y asistencias del Sistema del Seguro Social Campesino de la organización El Rosario, y analizar cuáles son los requerimientos funcionales para proponer la mejora de la calidad del mismo.BABAHOYOIng.
