Admission in the study area of this research work was carried out several problems found in terms of hospital management and its effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the area. After applying the methodology of research with its non-experimental design and the application of techniques and instruments of research we conclude that the application of protocols of care for the client with a multidisciplinary team involved in the care of emergency and urgent improve management hospital and its effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the intake area. Through this thesis and the time spent waiting for the wearer improve in the area of admission by a selection of patients that warrant emergency care or urgent pathology prioritizing high complexity. |
