To carry out this case study, an analysis of the 2020 Budget Compliance of District 12D05 Palenque-Vinces-Education was developed, and thus it was evidenced and described the effects that said restrictions caused to the educational system of this institution. Once the documentary and interview results were obtained, it is evident that there were restrictions in the financial area in different budget items, which affected the normal development of Educational District 12D05 as it is obvious all the educational institutions that are under its direction. |
