Tilføj Tag | Summary: | When executing this case study focusing on the topic of Administrative Management of the Babahoyo warehouse of the city of Babahoyo, period 2023, which focused on the efforts implemented by the administration of the aforementioned business, involving the identification of factors that influence the processes related to the administrative scope of the Warehouse, based on the different problems that arose in the warehouse causing inefficiency in its control mechanism, it was possible to determine the resolution of strategies whose purpose allows the improvement of internal procedures. For the proper execution of the case study, the use of the research line was considered: Financial, Administrative, Tax Management, Audit, Control; which is related to the subline: Public and Private Companies and Institutions, considering that the Warehouse has direct communication between clients and collaborators, as well as articulating this work through the internship project called “Application of Administrative or Commercial Processes in the Public and Private Sector, under teaching supervision”, based on the fact that knowledge and practice is a fundamental basis for improving efficiency in administrative management. This work is concluded using the descriptive method that allowed us to analyze the administrative management processes of the Babahoyo Warehouse and at the same time identifying with precision and effectiveness the situation of aid period; Therefore, the execution has been very satisfactory considering that through the application of a SWOT analysis and a labor well-being survey as research techniques, the presence of deficiencies in the Warehouse was identified and confirmed, but it was also possible to obtain an analysis deeper of the different problems that exist. |
