| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | SUMMARY The experimental work was carried out in the swine farm of Mr. Pablo Moreno in the San Joaquin enclosure of the Babahoyo-Montalvo road. Duration of the experimental work was 28 days. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of three doses of phytase on weaned pigs. A completely randomized design "D.C.A" was used with three treatments and eight replicates with eight pigs per treatment and one for each replicate, thus forming eight experimental units with a total of 24 pigs. The test of the treatments was carried out with the Tucker test (P0,05), the statistical program InfoStat version 2012 was used. Three levels of phytase (T1 = 0g, T2 = 200g, T3 = 400g). The variables studied were: Body weight, average food intake, average weight gain, feed conversion and cost benefit ratio. The productive parameters analyzed with the Tukey test P <0.05, presented significant differences between the treatments. The levels of 200 gt -1 and 400 gt -1 phytase added in the pigs diets in the growth phase showed higher weights (48.57; 48.43 kg) relative to the control (46.88 kg) in The fourth week of the experiment. Higher feed intake obtained treatment without addition of phytase (18.40 kg) in the fourth week. Better weight gain is achieved with the addition of 400 gt-1 phytase in weeks: One 650g / day; Two 787.71 g / day, three 814.28 g / day and four 845.71 g / day. Greater feed conversion is achieved with the addition of 200 gt-1 (2.62 kg / kg) of phytase in the diet, in the fourth week of the test. Best cost benefits were obtained by adding 200 gt-1 (1.27 $) of phytase in the diet. |
