| Shrnutí: | VIII. SUMMARY The present research work was carried out in the FACIAG of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located at km 7 1/2 of the Babahoyo - Montalvo road. It consisted of the in vitro androgenesis of F1 segregants to develop homozygous lines between japonica rice genotypes. The objectives of this study were: To produce homozygous Japanese-type rice vitroplants by induction of androgenesis in F1 segregant populations. During this investigation the sowing of the anthers from the japonic materials was carried out, it was induced to the formation of calli and; In turn, to the regeneration of green plants; In addition, to carry out the phenotypic characterization and the estimation of the ploidy levels of the evaluated individuals. The variables evaluated at the laboratory level were: Nested anthers, Nods formed, N ° regenerated plants, N ° acclimated plants, callus formation (days), bud formation (days), plant regeneration Acclimatization of plants (days). At the greenhouse level, the following variables were evaluated: Flowering (days), vegetative cycle (days), No. tillers per plant, No. panicles per plant, leaf length (cm) , Panicle length (cm), grain / panicle, sterility (%), grain size (%), weight of 1000 grains (g), grain length (mm) and grain shape. The analysis was performed using descriptive statistics with the exception of the callus variable, which was analyzed using non-parametric statistics using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the crosses DH / JP003, JP001 / DH and JP002 / JP004 showed the highest callus formation in NL medium; Crosses JP001 / DH and JP002 / JP003 regenerated the largest number of plants in MS medium, from which the JP002 / JP003 cross had a haploid double ploidy level (DH), which at the end of its vegetative cycle harvested its seeds R1, with which subsequent evaluations at the field level will be carried out. |
