Резюме:this work refers to the problems that arise due to the lack of human talent in certain areas of a company and highlight the importance of a good endowment, which affects the satisfaction that the client receives as part of the final service offered, Such is the case that is evident in one of its banking agencies located in the Shopping Mall of the city of Babahoyo, which opened its doors on May 12, 2012. In the area of ​​Customer Service there is a lack of personnel to supply the demand of clients who come to this institution, sometimes absenteeism is observed this generates two that the so-called "queues or waiting lines" occur and, as a consequence of the agglomeration of people, it causes the waiting room to collapse, as well as a lack of empowerment on the part of the staff to provide information about their financial products and Subsequent to this, due to the poor endowment of human talent, there is no preferential window for pregnant and / or disabled people, triggering a bad perception of the company vis-à-vis its clients.
