The techniques that were adapted were direct observation, which is among the main findings that the majority of the population has a high consumption of saturated fats and processed foods, as well as healthy foods that have a great nutritional contribution such as vegetables. and vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts are infrequently consumed. In addition, a record sheet for the lipid profile was added.
