Análisis de requerimientos para la automatización del control de inventarios en el Centro Médico Santa Rosa.

This study aims to analyze the requirements for automating inventory control at the Santa Rosa Medical Center, identifying inefficiencies and challenges in current medical supply management processes. The research includes stakeholder interviews, direct observation of existing procedures, and a comparative analysis of available technological solutions, such as ERP systems, RFID, barcodes, and cloud platforms. Based on the findings, a structured implementation plan was designed, considering system development or acquisition, pilot testing, staff training, and full deployment. The results highlight the need to adopt a scalable, secure, and easily integrable solution, ensuring resource optimization, error reduction, and improved inventory traceability. This analysis provides a comprehensive framework for strategic decision-making in inventory management within the healthcare sector.
