The El Maestro automotive hardware store is located on Guayaquil and Sucre avenue belonging to the Baba canton in the province of Los Ríos. The business has 8 workers, its owner is Mr. Saúl Rizzo who is a very successful Ecuadorian businessman. In addition, the microenterprise has several branches in other locations in the province of Guayas such as Jujan, Tarifa and Samborondon. The management of materials carried out by the Hardware Store the Master has been negatively affected by several situations that commonly occur in the same, causing the company to perform its functions with deficiency, this causes the microenterprise not to develop as expected, due to the inadequate organization by the administration, which prevents the optimal use of different resources to achieve the objectives for which the company involves efforts, resources and responsibilities.
