সংক্ষিপ্ত:This last language, for various geographic, economic, political, social and cultural reasons, has had more influence in our country, without detracting from the other languages taught in our country. It is for this reason that the study of the teaching of English in Ecuador and the contribution of ideas for its improvement become fundamental in our days. Within this trend, the scarce and, in many cases, the lack of importance that has been given to the instruction of hearing skills in the school is highlighted. The study program aims to present and develop language skills through the skills of: speaking, writing, listening and reading in an integrated way. It implies that in a task shekel or experience step in an activity, the student must have an initial receptive experience, listening and reading a text on a variety of topics and seeking the meaning of what he or she hears or reads. For the development of such language skills, then the way in which they are presented in real life is taken into account. For example people listen and capture a message with a purpose, but not to repeat textually what was heard. Listening, speaking, reading and writing are fundamental communicative skills to possess communicative competence and be efficient communicators; Hence its development is a task of the first order in the educational process, which is, in turn, a communicative process. Students learn to speak their mother tongue by imitation, because they listen to their parents and others around them before they start school.
