Тойм:The case study was carried out in the Guayas canton in the city of Guayaquil, its main commercial port is located within the Gulf of Guayaquil. The purpose is to analyze the food and beverage services of the Plaza Guayarte and the Gastronomic Tourism of Guayaquil, which will make it possible to publicize the riches that this place offers. In the research approach, the quantitative, descriptive and documentary method was used in which they helped to develop the proposed objectives, and to collect all the necessary information. An interview was conducted aimed at visitors who frequent this place in which important data was obtained for the study of the case with leading food and beverage establishments in order to motivate national and foreign visitors, who consume the various products, thus increasing sustainable economic development for the inhabitants of the city of Guayaquil. Plaza Guayarte is one of the points of reference at the local level, it is a reference point for gastronomy and walls referring to urban art, it is also a showcase for artists with more than 40 illustrated artists, among them we have Apitatan (Sebastián Aguirre) from Quito and Entes from Peru.
