Proceso atención de enfermería en parturienta con placenta previa y hemorragia.

In the present clinical case performed on the basis of a parturient patient with placenta prevail and hemorrhage, based on the fact that this anomaly is determined as an anomaly that affects the fetus and the mother, this term is used when it is located near the cervico-uterine orifice, This case was developed with respect to the application of the Nursing Care Process in which the 5 stages that allowed determining the definitive diagnosis, planning the adequate treatment, executing it in a timely, pertinent and orderly manner were carried out, and after this, the pertinent evaluation of the clinical case was evidenced. Consequently, the conclusions developed in the clinical case indicated that the ECP was successfully applied in this case of placenta prevail, in addition to determining the diagnosis through the tests applied, within the development of the interventions the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomies were applied. It was possible to identify the risk factors in parturient with placenta prevail and hemorrhage, which were evidenced based on age, previous pathologies affecting the reproductive organ.
