Gestión administrativa de la clínica del aire de la ciudad de Babahoyo.

The present investigation was carried out in the context of the company "Clínica del Aire", which is located in Custodio Sánchez and Roldos streets, the same one that is dedicated to the service of installation, repair and adaptation of air conditioners for both cars, houses and institutions. The main objective was to study the administrative management of the company, where several dimensions were included such as: planning, organization, direction and control. For the purposes of the investigation, a descriptive methodology with a qualitative-quantitative approach was used, since an interview was applied to the owner of the company. Among the main results found, it was established that the company does not execute administrative processes in a formal way, which has caused it not to develop internally and externally. Lack of planning, disorganization in the physical area of the company and absence of control mechanisms, are among the problems found. This research is based on what is established by the Commerce Career of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Information Technology, for which the line of research was applied: Financial Management, administrative, tax, audit, control. In the same way, since it is a private company that is analyzed, the research subline is involved: Companies and public and private institutions.
