Análisis de usabilidad de la página web del GAD Municipal del Cantón Puebloviejo.

Currently the use of web pages has become a fundamental tool for government entities, where the website provides information to users. That is why the study of this research was carried out in the usability analysis of the website of the Municipal G.A.D of the Puebloviejo Canton. In this sense, the main problem that the website has is that it does not comply with the principles of usability due to the lack of information, which causes dissatisfaction in the users. The objective of this research is to analyze the usability of the Municipal website. The methodology of the case study has a qualitative approach, it is worth mentioning that the inductive method used was chosen, allowing the internal weaknesses of the website to be determined and, in turn, the type of descriptive research that allowed a more detailed analysis of the current use of the case. object under study. The interview technique was also applied, which is centered on a questionnaire addressed to the System department, therefore, the instrument used is the Loop11 tool that, through tests and the SUS scale, allowed evaluating the usability of the G.A.D. web page. Municipality of the Puebloviejo Canton. Therefore, an evaluation of the use of the page with the tool was carried out, because it is necessary for the development of the case study. The foregoing led to the formulation of the conclusion obtained and the results, which were considered that the web page contains inconvenience due to the lack of information and missing modules, having an unfavorable result of the use of the web page.
