| description | In the last years, information systems are the most used by most companies that are totally dedicated to commercial activity, but it must be considered that each of the computer systems is adapted according to the needs and requirements of each company. Computer systems have different functions and utilities that help gain some control over the financial movements of a company. The present case study project is framed in the area of limitations of the billing system, in the entry and exit of warehouse merchandise. For the more specific understanding of the functions performed within the warehouse we will observe the following functions: It is verified that the finished products that are bought from the suppliers comply with the quantity, quality and specifications that were requested in the merchandise required by the brothers store zurita That is why it is necessary to investigate in the most correct and profound way the different activities that are usually carried out in the warehouse. Currently the use of systems that help automate processes have been the reason for many organizations to develop their markets in different geographical areas, nowadays computer systems totally surround the technological world as these serve to lighten processes and do more productive an organization. In the current environment of a company is to be increasingly competitive and are constantly looking for improvement opportunities in the direction, are becoming more aware of the importance of the information system in the product sales business. |

Los sistemas informáticos se disponen de diferentes funciones y utilidades que ayudan a obtener un cierto control acerca de los movimientos financieros de una empresa. El presente Proyecto de caso de estudio se encuentra enmarcado en el área de las limitaciones del sistema de facturación, en el ingreso y egreso de la mercadería del almacén. Para la comprensión más específica de las funciones que se realiza dentro del almacén observaremos las siguientes funciones: Se verifica que los productos terminados que se compran a los proveedores cumplan con la cantidad, calidad y especificaciones que se solicitó en la mercadería requerida por el almacén hermanos zurita. Por eso es necesario investigar de la forma más correcta y profunda las diferentes actividades que se suelen llevarse a cabo en el almacén. En la actualidad el uso de sistemas que ayudan a automatizar los procesos han sido el motivo de que muchas organizaciones desarrollen sus mercados en diferentes áreas geográficas, en la actualidad los sistemas informáticos rodean totalmente el mundo tecnológico ya que estos sirven para aligerar los procesos y hacer más productiva una organización. En el entorno actual de una empresa es ser cada vez más competitivo y buscan continuamente oportunidades de mejora en el sentido, cada vez son más conscientes de la importancia del sistema de información en los negocios de ventas de productos.Babahoyo: UTBIng.
