Permitir la inclusión en los establecimientos de alojamiento garantizara una diferencia ante la competencia y preferencia por parte de huéspedes con movilidades reducidas. En el presente estudio de caso se analiza la accesibilidad de huéspedes con movilidad reducida del hotel Camino Real del cantón Montalvo, para ello se realizó una ficha de observación, considerando la Guía para Levantamiento de la Ficha de Accesibilidad del Ecuador y el Manual de Directrices de Accesibilidad en Alojamientos Turísticos.
