Análisis de un sistema de control de inventarios para la Microempresa Homerito, en la ciudad de Babahoyo.

The project is aimed at making improvements through an analysis of an inventory control system for the HOMERITO microenterprise. Based on technological knowledge, an information system is analyzed, which is in the implementation stage in a process of tests and corrections, implemented as an administrative support support that allows carrying out inventory control with the aim of offering speed. and security in inventory management. . To obtain theoretical bases on the best way to implement them in this company, a bibliographic review is made on topics that have to do with this research, such as management and inventory systems, stock, ABC system, etc. With the theoretical bases, the implementation of the system in the HOMERITO company, and the training of the personnel, better competences can be achieved in the matter to allow the evident advance in its inventory management. Currently working manually, it is necessary to change to other environments that allow automating the tasks of the microenterprise. To reach the analysis of this research, the qualitative research methodology was improved. Among the results that the analysis yields, it is to obtain consultations and reports required by the users, a follow-up and control of the merchandise that enters and leaves the microenterprise. Some data was obtained through consultations in other investigations, texts and experts in the specialized area, all this has the purpose of obtaining an analysis for the future execution of an inventory control model design which is formed by the following items: Diagnosis of needs and obtaining inventories, inventory control, cost determination, inventory reports. Finally, a series of conclusions and recommendations are presented where the need for the HOMERITO micro-enterprise is highlighted and in this way it strengthens the control over its inventories, as well as the importance of the investigation insofar as the model can be adapted and implemented in other investigations. or companies of the same nature.
