Gestión administrativa para la adquisición de bienes a través de ínfima cuantía para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de San Miguel de Bolívar para el periodo 2021.

The present case study was carried out in the decentralized autonomous municipal government of San Miguel de Bolìvar, it is a public sector entity that provides the necessary services to satisfy the needs of the citizens of the San Miguel canton, belonging to the Province of Bolìvar, has as objective to analyze the execution of public contracting processes for a very small amount in compliance with the execution in the municipal GAD of San Miguel de Bolívar for the period 2021. In the development, the problems that the municipal GAD of San Miguel de Bolívar has are described, for example, lack of agility in the execution of the processes of the smallest amount. This case study has financial, tax and social commitment management as research sublines, the descriptive method was used in which it allows us to evaluate the problems that the institution has, such as the low stock of supplies, materials and implements. The importance of this work is to have a real diagnosis of what was executed in the year 2021 through the processes of the smallest amount, which will help us to plan the processes of the following year through this type of contracting.
