Therefore we must improve the publicity that the complex has to offer the place and its recreational activities, since it will allow to have more affluence of visitors considering as the main objective the satisfaction of the people that visit the place in such a way that it will help to better the development tourist of that complex. |

Therefore we must improve the publicity that the complex has to offer the place and its recreational activities, since it will allow to have more affluence of visitors considering as the main objective the satisfaction of the people that visit the place in such a way that it will help to better the development tourist of that complex.El presente desarrollo de la investigación se lo realizó en la ciudad de Montalvo perteneciente a la Provincia de Los Ríos en la región costa del Ecuador, consta de varios atractivos turísticos como El Refugio, Complejo Río Cristal, Balneario Pisagua, Balneario La Perla, Virgen de Los Remedios, entre otros atractivos en los cuales asisten una gran cantidad de turistas de diferentes ciudades, por lo tanto están relacionados con el estudio de la satisfacción del visitante en los complejos debido al limitado personal del complejo no especializados en el área de turismo para brindad una buena atención por lo que no se cumplen con las expectativas que el visitantes requiere para satisfacer sus necesidades.
