Zusammenfassung:Through this case study, a problem that has been detected in the Credifacil warehouse is exposed, it refers to internal communication and its impact on the work environment in the aforementioned company located in the Montalvo canton. This research is aimed at determining how the management of internal communication, whether formal or informal, can alter the harmony of the work environment in an institution, generating effects on both the interpersonal relationships of the collaborators and the productivity of the company. For the development of this study, an objective vision of the problem is carried out, addressing the theoretical support of the aspects that intervene, this is done with the aim of having a comprehensive vision of the issue raised. It is important to mention that this problem occurs in organizations that lack internal regulations to regulate the flow of the information they handle, and that, in addition, lack methods to know the perception of employees about the work environment. Likewise, bibliographic sources were investigated to raise the various edges of the problem through the type of descriptive research; at the same time, with the survey technique, information on the development of the events inside the warehouse was learned, since a questionnaire was asked to do so. Finally, thanks to the analysis of the findings obtained, it was possible to conclude with the reasons for the root of the problem, which allowed issuing recommendations with the aim that the relevant authorities develop practical workshops so that internal communication strategies are applied within the institution.
