In the research, the qualitative methodology was used where I help to understand the social phenomenon and its characteristics, the collaborators survey technique was carried out to determine and define a set of actions in order to improve the current situation. For the company, reinforcement and preparation are important in the training of employees, improving processes, product quality and the intellectual level. |

La organización actualmente busca ser eficiente en cuanto a la competencia, la alta gerencia tiene que recurrir a todos los medios posibles para cumplir sus metas mediante plan estratégico, tecnologia de punta, logística apropiada, adecuado uso de sus recursos, etc., Esta hacienda integrada sólidamente en cada una de sus áreas, ha descuidado la administración del talento humano ocasionando inadecuado desempeño laboral. En la investigación se utilizó la metodología cualitativa donde ayudo a entender el fenómeno social y sus características, se realizó la técnica de encuesta a los colaboradores para determinar y definir un conjunto de acciones con el fin de mejorar la situación actual.
