For the diagnosis, several psychodiagnostic assessment instruments, clinical history, GenoPro, IDARE Test (Anxiety Inventory: trait - status) of Dr. R. Diaz Guerrero and Dr. CR Spielberger were used, obtaining a result that confirmed the presence of a disorder, reaffirming the independent variable. The affected areas detected were irrational and emotional behavioral beliefs, so the therapeutic strategy that was used was the (TREC) Rational behavioral emotional therapy, guiding the sessions with a Socratic technique of the TREC where irrational ideas are replaced with rational and relaxation technique obtaining an improvement in anxiety reduction. |
