Итог:Introduction: Adolescent pregnancy is one of the most well known public health problems in the world, most often in underdeveloped countries in Latin America. What leads to a state of unhealthiness, also affecting adolescents who want to continue with pregnancy. Objective: In this research is to identify what are the risk factors of a sector that influences adolescent pregnancy, which carry out multiple complications such as: discrepancy, intrafamily violence, insufficient moral support, decreased sex education, increased diseases that complicate early pregnancy. Methodology: The process of this research is based on an analytical, descriptive study of cross section through the application of the survey of which variables were considered, having a representative sample of 30 adolescent mothers. Results: Where it is possible to take into account that the risk factors are predominantly early menarche, high sex rate at the beginning of age, little use and lack of contraceptives and family outreach. Pathology associated with prevailing pregnancy in this parish is infection urinary. Conclusions: On the conclusions is considered must file a proposal to health center "Lucha Obrera" the same provided attention to this population, which helps reduce the prevalence of teen pregnancy with a focus of comprehensive care known as the so called club teens to decrease the rate of pregnancies early and improve the quality and lifestyles.
