The case study titled “Sales strategies in the company “MARG STORE S.A” of the city of Caluma in the period 2022, which has as its commercial activity the offer of various models of footwear for women and girls, has as its general objective Analyze the sales strategies and processes applied in the company, through a situational diagnosis for its positioning in the local market, the deductive method and techniques such as: Survey and interview were applied, since this method allowed us to reach more efficiently and direct to the general conclusions based on the quantitative results obtained, concluding the following: The study was carried out following the guidelines established by the Technical University of Babahoyo. Its main purpose is to identify and understand the challenges faced by the company "MARG STORE S.A." regarding the lack of effective sales and advertising strategies to retain their customers and promote their products and services. These issues have a negative impact on the company as there is a risk of losing its loyal customer base due to various factors which are discussed in detail in this case study. Clearly in the business world, it is a logical conclusion that a company without effective sales faces the threat of permanent closure.
