| Тойм: | This clinical case is of a patient of a 35-year-old female who came to the consultation because she had anxiety problems when eating, recognizing that she had a compulsive eating disorder, a poor diet with excess sweets and fast food. The nutritional value of the patient was evaluated through anthropometric, biochemical, nutritional and dietary evaluation. According to the anthropometric evaluation, the patient weighed 65 kg, was 153 cm tall and had a BMI of 27.8, which reflects overweight. Regarding her biochemical values, the patient had hemoglobin of 10 g/dL, hematocrit of 30%, serum chloride of 112.2, cholesterol of 170 mg/dL and triglycerides of 120 mg/dL. Regarding diet, the patient Eat a lot of simple carbohydrates and processed foods. A nutritional plan is recommended based on the patient's needs, totaling 1678 kcal daily, including all food groups, rich in fiber, healthy fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates to allow the patient to change their eating habits and improve their nutritional status. |
