Sumario:Bronchial hygiene techniques or also known as indicated in certain pathologies directly affecting both the upper and lower airways, thus improving the clarification of airways, avoid hospitalization and prolong the patient’s health. These are:  Cough assisted. The patient is informed to breathe deeply and then breathe trying to cough.  Nasal wash  Percussion. A technique that involves a rhythmic clapping on the thorax.  Vibration. A technique consisting of exerting pressure on the chest during expiration and is contraindicated if this technique causes discomfort to the patient.  Drain to postulate. A technique that covers different positions in which the patient is placed these positions are accompanied with vibration and percussion.  Nebulization: Consists of the administration of a drug by vaporization by the airways. We conducted a quantitative deductive study with the aim of establishing bronchial hygiene techniques as part of the treatment of respiratory diseases diagnosed in preschool patients who were treated in the hospital Dr. José Cevallos Ruiz of the city of Yaguachi in the period from October 2018 to April 2019. We use lectures, triptychs and surveys to show the defined objectives and our variables where, thanks to the surveys presented to the parents of the patients treated in that period, it was established that 50% of them agreed to bronchial hygiene techniques start important in the treatment of their children.
