總結:This clinical case seeks to demonstrate how the use of nursing practices can help improve and maintain the health of my patient with Type II Diabetes Mellitus and peripheral vascular complications using mediations according to the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomy at the Basic Hospital "SACRED HEART OF JESUS". which undergoes the unwavering care and continuous information of the patient. Promoting self-care and setting goals that contribute in a way that benefits their health and that facilitate the learning of skills and knowledge. The self-care deficit reflects the need to deepen the level of knowledge towards practices of self-control of the disease, starting from the education system as a central part of the responsibilities of the nursing staff. This led me to perform inpatient follow-up for a short period of time with continuous visits where I gave information related to each of the proposed care interventions, education was combined with self-care by setting goals in metabolic control, changes in their eating habits, lifestyle and motivation for the management of the disease aspects that were constantly verified and reinforced with each established observation. In this way, I can provide individualized comprehensive care and promote self-responsibility in the continuity of pharmacological treatment in my patient, maintain a diet according to their needs, perform physical exercise and recognize signs that require immediate attention from health professionals
