This work has been developed in a process of methodology, among the most used instruments, a semi-structured interview, clinical history, the techniques used to support or rule out hypotheses are the use of the Hamilton Test for mental health, Depression Inventory of Beck (BDI-II) and the Yesavage Geriatric Depression Scale Depressive disorder coded F32 according to DSM 5 and ICD 10, is addressed within a cognitive behavioral treatment used to work automatic thoughts and unhealthy behaviors.
