These are formed as follows: GAD Cantonales, GAD Parroquiales, GAD Provinciales, GAD Regionales. These are governed by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy and Decentralization and the National Plan for Good Living.
