| Résumé: | At the moment the Ecuadorian education lives moments of big transformations toward the consolidation of a humanist, democratic, protagonistic student formation, participativa, multiétnica, pluricultural, plurilingüe and intercultural, allowing the establishment of an integral education full with positive values and a continuous learning in which the pattern critical partner goes enriching the criticidad of our students. Reason why the state is exercising the action of maximum parsonage reguladora for this way to guarantee the education to all the people; preserving their fundamental rights. Also added to all these antecedents the Ecuadorian education it outlines the formation of a civic transformer, with cooperation principles, solidarity, coexistence, unit and integration that assure dignity and individual and collective well-being, with the construction of a curricular design that offers answers and concretice the processes of in agreement enseñanza/aprendizaje with the necessities and interests of the society. In this context the function of the education at the present time is not alone the one of to pick up and to transmit the knowledge and the thought forms that have arisen along the cultural historical process of the society, but also the one of forming beings able to solve its necessities, to cohabit in harmony with the means where is unwrapped and also to contribute with the endogenous development for its community. It is for it that the basic education outlines the formation of a student proactivo and qualified for the society, being the mathematical education of great utility and importance for the development of the human being academic and personal life. |
