Its objective is to establish the emotional impact as a consequence of pregnancy in a 17-year-old adolescent. To carry it out, useful techniques and tools were used such as: Beck's Depression Inventory, Beck's Hopelessness Scale, Social Skills Assessment Test and Observation Technique, in addition to implementing a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. Reaching a diagnosis F32.1 Moderate depressive episode according to the ICD-10 fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. According to the findings found as: Feelings of guilt "for not using contraceptive methods", Crying, sadness, loss of interest and lack of motivation (because of believing that due to her pregnancy she will not be able to achieve her goals), Difficulty concentrating when performing her tasks and your daily life activities. A psychotherapeutic process based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy scheme is established. |
