Varicose ulcers have their origin in varicose veins caused by sustained venous hypertension. The case study aims to apply the nursing care process in the varicose ulcer patient of the right lower limb to improve their state of health and wellbeing, assessing theorizing Virginia Henderson finding dysfunctionalities in the needs of movement / proper position, elimination / hydration and self-realization, for them the following diagnoses are prioritized, deterioration of tissue integrity (00044) R / C deterioration of circulation E / P tissue injury and chronic pain (00033) R / C condition related by post-trauma (infection, inflammation) E / P tissue injury.
