Proceso de abastecimiento en la empresa Maxitel - agencia Baba

The development of this case study aims to analyze the supply process within the "Maxitel" company in the Baba canton, province of Los Ríos, allowing itself to detail through its development all the problems found within it, and analyzing the consequences that each one has within the company and how this influences its business growth. For the development of the present case study, it was carried out through the inductive method since in this way it was possible to have a clearer and more detailed way of the causes and consequences found in the company "Maxitel", accompanied by the collection technique of data to be able to carry out a more exact analysis based on the answers obtained through a bank of questions asked of the company's employees. Based on the results obtained in the surveys carried out on the collaborators of said institution, it can be said that within the company "Maxitel" it has been possible to manifest and present a series of problems that are subject to the supply process, bringing great consequences that affect their economic, financial and business performance.
