Pneumonia can be caused by different infectious agents, which is the reason why the present research is being carried out. To determine the pathophysiology, causes and type of pneumonia in order to perform a nursing care process in a 70-year-old female patient with pneumonia in the Luis Vernaza hospital, who underwent complementary examinations to determine the pathology and type of pneumonia that presented the patient. In this way, we can apply a nursing care process that, in conjunction with medical treatment and the necessary care, will help us in the early recovery of the patient. In conclusion, the process of nursing care is an indispensable tool to collect data and be able to give a nursing diagnosis that helps us as professionals to provide quality care and be able to collaborate in the recovery of the patient. |
