It is notorious the development of these media during the publication or transmission of some news, despite the fact that not all of them have a good organizational structure, they still perform the work within the media, dividing themselves into some areas. Many of them perform various activities, from being news editors to being reporters, however, despite this shortcoming, they are not affected. In addition, it was possible to analyze that not all media outlets have legal registration with Cordicom. Is concluded by recommending that digital media choose to have constant training in order to achieve greater development in the areas that are necessary, since journalists are often multifaceted. |

Is concluded by recommending that digital media choose to have constant training in order to achieve greater development in the areas that are necessary, since journalists are often multifaceted.El internet es tierra fértil para todo tipo de público y los medios digitales en la actualidad son los que han ganado mayor alcance, facilitando el intercambio de información entre usuarios en línea y los creadores de contenido, este estudio se basa en la comparación entre diferentes medios digitales de la ciudad de Babahoyo, entre ellos están, el medio digital MACO TV DIGITAL, CLICK NOTICIAS, BABAHOYO AL DÍA S.A.A., PORTAL INFORMATIVO DIGITAL, DIARIO ALDIA, en los cuales se efectúa las diferencias, con respecto a la organización de las tareas de cada uno de ellos, ya que, todas tienen su propia estructura organizativa. Para efectuar esta investigación se utilizó el método cualitativo y técnicas como la entrevista y la ficha de observación. Es notorio el desarrollo de estos medios durante la publicación o transmisión de alguna noticia, pese a que no todos tienen una buena estructura organizativa aun así realizan el trabajo dentro de los medios, dividiéndose en algunas áreas. Muchos de ellos realizan varias actividades, desde ser editor de noticias hasta ser reportero, sin embargo, pese a esta falencia no se ven afectados. Además, se pudo analizar que no todos los medios cuentan con el registro legal en la Cordicom.
