The dependence on nematicides can generate environmental and health problems for the consumer, due to the high prices of the products, farmers seek economic and sustainable alternatives for the management of M. incognita, with the use of Trichoderma harzianum that benefits the root of the plant making them more resistant to the attack of the nematode, it also has control mechanisms such as; competition for nutrients or space, antagonistic properties of antibiotics and mycoplasma that help control or eliminate pests

El tomate es uno de los cultivos más productivos del mundo y tiene un gran valor nutritivo importante debido a sus cualidades nutritivas. La producción puede verse afectada por una variedad de nematodos, de los cuales M. incognita es el más destacado, por su fácil distribución, alta frecuencia de infestación, porque producen alteraciones en las raíces, provocando agallas, causando a la inyección de sustancias fitotóxicas, las mismas que conducen al ataque de microorganismos patógenos, aumentando el porcentaje de pérdidas económicas por la disminución del rendimiento y la calidad de la fruta.
