Procesos y Gestión de Pagos a los Contratos de Publicidad de la Unidad de Comunicación Institucional del GAD Provincial de Los Ríos

The different processes of payments for advertising, when the means of communication it does not comply correctly payments are suspended, this will generate an account for pay with interest, where the aggrieved is the provincial GAD. The contracts made by the Institutional Communication Unit are based on in the budget item assigned for its operation of contracting and acquiring the materials within what is related to communication, which is intended keep the public notified of the progress made by the institution
