Mediante esta investigación se pretende incentivar y preservar las tradiciones intrínsecas en la Identidad Ancestral Del Montubio Fluminenses, representando las variedades de platos típicos que son autóctonos en la ciudad, donde se conocerá el nivel de aceptación de los Servicios Turísticos Gastronómicos en la población.
