Variación de los ingresos de la empresa Ferretería Automotriz El Maestro del cantón Baba en los periodos 2021-2022.

The case study of the El Maestro Automotive Hardware Store, located in the Baba canton, Los Ríos province, Ecuador, focuses on analyzing the variation in income during the periods 2021-2022, a topic of utmost importance to understand the challenges and opportunities that the company faces within the automotive sector. The need to understand how economic fluctuations and internal decisions affect the sustainability and growth of the entity amply justifies this study. By establishing a connection between financial management and profitability, we seek to identify the causes and consequences that allow the hardware store to understand and prosper in this changing environment. The methodology adopted to address this study combines quantitative and qualitative approaches, including the analysis of financial indicators and conducting interviews with company personnel. The results reveal a decline in revenue, highlighting the importance of inventory diversification and more efficient management as a means to improve profitability. The findings highlight the need to implement sound strategic planning, to improve inventory management and adopt financial management practices that respond effectively to market fluctuations.
