Rol de enfermería y su intervención en adolescentes embarazadas con preeclampsia en el Centro de Salud Urbano 2 de Mayo El Empalme Provincia el Guayas octubre 2018 –abril 2019

This research refers to the role of nursing and its intervention in pregnant adolescents with preeclampsia in the Urban Health Center “2 de Mayo “Empalme Province of Guayas October 2018 April 2019, therefore this work let us to determine the level of knowledge about pre-eclampsia in pregnant adolescents who come to the health center “2 de Mayo” and nursing intervention in this process. The objective of the research work is to determine the level of knowledge about preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents who come to the” 2 de Mayo” health center for consultation and the nursing intervention in this process, taking as a reference the age of the mothers, marital status, level of studies, other variables that have been taken into consideration to analyze this problem. The methodology used in this study is inductive, considering that general conclusions will be obtained from particular facts, which will allow us to observe the problem; it is of mixed Modality approach (quali-quantitative). In order to obtain information, scientific bibliography also consulted. Once the survey was applied to women attending the Urban Health Center El Empalme, the result was that preeclampsia the women 17-19 ages, due to the fact that 72 % of the surveys state that they was applied to women preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents, the preeclampsia is much, problem health public.
