En la realización de este trabajo se ha utilizado el método descriptivo que ha permitido, analizar puntos enfocados con el control de los inventarios de la micro Empresa para así detectar los problemas que se presenten dentro de la misma, mediante la aplicación de la herramienta como la entrevista, que se le realizó al dueño y administrador de “EL SOCITO” mediante una variedad de preguntas enfocadas en el control de los inventarios de la micro Empresa, de la que se obtuvo la información sobre el método empleado para llevar el control en sus productos.
