ÉTICA PROFESIONAL EN LOS MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN DIGITAL Y LA RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EN EL CANTÓN QUEVEDO 2022.

The objective of this investigative work was to analyze the contribution of professional ethics of digital communication media and its social responsibility in the Quevedo canton, where the following hypothesis is proposed: analyzing the contribution of professional ethics of digital communication media, we establish its social responsibility of the Quevedo canton. To determine the proposed objective, a type of documentary, descriptive and field research was used, where the population subject to study were the citizens of the Quevedo Canton, taking a sample through our formula, obtaining a result of 399 respondents. to which a questionnaire type survey was applied which included a total of 10 questions. As the main results of our investigation, we had that professional ethics both in journalists and in the digital media are of vital importance since they will be the letter of introduction of these two individuals, their contribution to them is to create the bond of credibility that exists between the Internet user and the medium that disseminates the information in addition to enforcing social responsibility through information you will see. To provide a solution to our problem, given the importance of professional ethics in the field of communication, the constant practice of values and social responsibility is recommended since it will be the way in which the journalist will be recognized.
