Desde hace mucho tiempo hasta la actualidad el aseguramiento de la calidad del software es un aspecto importante del desarrollo de productos. Los principales objetivos de la calidad de software son que asegura niveles aceptables de confianza, conformidad con los requisitos técnicos funcionales. Debido a la problemática descrita anteriormente, el presente caso de estudio tiene la finalidad de realizar un análisis al análisis del sistema de facturación de la Sociedad. Analizar el sistema de facturación de la Sociedad Unión Obrera Fraternidad y Progreso de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Los métodos a emplear en esta investigación para la recepción de información, cuya finalidad es conocer la problemática existente en el sistema de facturación de la institución; teniendo en cuenta lo anterior se aplicará como instrumento la investigación evaluativa ISO/IEC 25000. En el presente caso de estudio se pudieron cumplir los objetivos propuestos satisfactoriamente. Se logró identificar los errores presentes en el sistema de facturación en la Sociedad Unión Obrera Fraternidad y Progreso de la ciudad de Babahoyo.
