Gestión de inventarios en el “Comercial Katita” de la Parroquia Ricaurte periodo 2022.

The present case study was developed in the Comercial Katita of the Urdaneta canton, with the purpose of analyzing the weaknesses of the company around the management of Inventories. The investigation was developed considering the parameters of the methodology of techniques and instruments in congruence with the root cause method. Based on the investigation carried out in Comercial Katita, the following results were obtained, among which: no physical verification of inventory was carried out, classification of products on defective hangers, lack of signage for spare parts products, lack of logistics for the supply of merchandise for inventory supply, lack of adequate supply and demand forecasting, excessive orders for some suppliers of goods.
