Sumari:Bladder CA has a high incidence and prevalence of cases, which has generated an accelerated number of hospital admissions, making this disease a public health problem. Despite the high incidence and morbidity, mortality is not so high, because this is an oncological process that is often reversible and easy to manage with due care. Timely diagnosis of this type of cancer is the most effective method of combating complications. The objective of this study was to apply the Nursing Care Process to an older adult with bladder cancer in order to increase their quality of life, avoid complications, promote their independence and reintegration into their family, work and social nucleus through care based on scientific and methodological. In the methodology, a review has been carried out on the most important aspects of nursing care in patients with bladder AC with ureteroileostomy processes, a 72-year-old patient diagnosed with bladder carcinoma has been followed, in conclusion the paper The nursing professional is essential for the surgery patient, transmitting information about the process and helping them to adopt positive attitudes towards the disease.
